Introduction

www.sriprarthana.com is owned and operated by Sri Prarthana Enterprises (Seller), a company incorporated under the laws of India. Your use of the Website services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions as applicable to the Website including the policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. 

Shipping

Fair shipping and handling charges will be applied as per weight of items(s), with minimum charges as indicated. As per the State and Central Laws, taxes may be applicable to certain items. We wish your experience at sriprarthana.com to be pleasant and enjoyable!

The delivery of consignment may take 2 to 3 working days. The processed orders are shipped mostly by Courier service or Registered Post. Local orders (Chennai) may be processed through DUNZO or Lynk logistics for faster delivery.

Delivery staff will call once prior to dispatch & once while at the location. If refund is requested a 10% cancellation fee will be charged.

• In the event of an item not available, we may provide substitutions. These are price matched and not quantity matched. Staff will contact customer once over phone / email.  However, if customer does not respond then we may either move forward with the substitutions at our discretion or refund the item.

• Once the order has been delivered, we expect our customers to check the contents at the earliest. If there is an issue, contact our customer support within 2 to 6 hours of receiving the package.  Please take multiple pictures of the issue and provide complete details by sending E-mail:  info@sriprarthana.com.
